Guvava is found in all parts of the wprld.In summer and winter you can have this fruit from 7 to 8 months.
This fruit is full of different vitamins your stomach takes 3 to 4 hours to digest this fruit.It is full of vitamin G.
Guvava seeds has a large amount of iron.It is full of vitamin A and phosphorus.Don,t eat raw guvava it causes constipation.
Eat this fruit always after eating food.
Don,t eat the seeds and hard part of guvava,because its very hard.If guvava is used
with sait and blackpepper it digests quickly.
Guvava itelf takes to digest but it is helpfull in digestion.Don,tuse  this fruit excessively in rainy season.
Guvava has moe gulocose 7han wheat and rice.If you eat guvava with black cumin,black sait,blackpepper and big cardamon it will be very effective for constipation and spootum.This is also good for the feeling of {nausia} Guvava is very good for your stomach.Guvava kills the wornis of belly.
Also good if your heartbeat is fast.
